Tel Aviv, Israel, December 15, 2011, Elbit Imaging Ltd. (“EI” or the “Company”) (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) announced today the results of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on Thursday, December 15, 2011, in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
At the meeting, all of the proposals set forth in EI’s proxy statement dated November 10, 2011 were duly approved.
