Elbit group has a 43% holding in the subsidiary EPN Group "EPN". EPN is a private investment group focused on retail and commercial real estate investments across the United States. EPN was formed in 2009 as part of a real estate investment fund that is a joint venture between Elbit Imaging Ltd, Plaza Centers N.V., Eastgate Property LLC (international fund manager with assets over US$3 billion under management, of which approximately $800 million are dedicated to real estate) and Menora with the objective of raising additional investments from outside investors and focusing on investments in the U.S. EPN currently owns a controlling interest in 48 retail properties, comprising more than 11 million square feet, located in 20 states throughout the major regions of the United States.
We are actively engaged in managing the assets within the portfolio bringing value through our experience, expertise and resources to ensure that the portfolio is stable, dominant and profitable.
