The Group holds a 50% interest in the 4 Star deluxe Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, which is located in the heart of the bustling shopping and business center, opposite Amsterdam's monumental train station, close to Dam Square and the Royal Palace.

The hotel, one of Amsterdam's most remarkable historic buildings, was acquired in 1992 and was fully renovated and refurbished since. The hotel is managed and operated by Park Plaza Europe Hotels Ltd. under the trade name “Park Plaza”. The hotel offers 305 well-appointed guestrooms including executive rooms, business and deluxe suits along with flexible conference rooms, a business center, a health club, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, solarium and a beauty salon.

 An adjacent building to the hotel was recently acquired and is currently under renovation and refurbishment and will eventuelly consists of an additional 100 air-conditioned guestrooms.
